Stock #404TS – all metal with rubber tires, metal rims, movable levers raise the wheels (levers move but release bars on them are very stiff). All original but “Case” decal has been added and the shears have been painted silver with some dripping onto the back side. Made by Tru-Scale in the late 1950s, 8″ L x 3″ W x 3″ H. Vintage, older out of production item. AS IS.
